Please include at least the following:Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Turkey. This "proliferation" comes about directly at the behest of the US (the weapons themselves are of US government manufacture and delivery) ... in deed, some of these states (eg. Germany) tried to resist the arm twisting at the time. The US is not interested in containing proliferation; it remains interested only in controlling the resourses of others.

The US has infact been downsizing nucler arms for the pas decaid so is Rosha all of them being belt in the 60s not to mention the newist treaty the US has with rusha downsizing it to even lower nubers keep in mind no amrican polition in his right mind whould aotherize the detenation of a nucler warhead ( enless for use of an EMP) becouse they are to consered with being re relected
