Process of transfer of ownership for land title/grant deed title under DAR PH are communistic, political & messy. Titles are given to squatters/goons w/o working with & payingg the landowners. They invade private properties, back dating the documents, after 7 years of issue of title, they offer payment that is "4 d birds." If owner does not want d payment, or protest, they are killed, death threat, damage their properties. Refer to Ampatuan case. Those jailed ex-pres. who signed grant deeds like Arroyo & Estrada grant deed shd b null n void. Titles r parts of their corruption, so much so w/ Arroyo who extended DAR.
