What are the odds of somone having multiple concussions who is not an athlete or boxer , and becoming punchy?

i have had approximately 13 comcussions since i was 10 years old , and am 40 now , and i have been experiencing the dizzyness, the nausea, the trembeling , all without any further head trauma in the last 5 years , and it started about a month ago , as well as problems sleeping , concentration , cunfusion, i need to know what is going on , but i am out of work , my wife has no insurance through her job , and our kids have medicaid , we live in texas , and have no way of going to see a doctor , please can someone give me some references abvout what could be going on ?
