What are some greek mythologies stories about time or change?

Hi, you should get yourself a poem called Works and Days by Hesiod.

It talks about five ages of men. Golden age in which the titans had ruled the world. The other four were ruled by Olympians. Silver age, Bronze age, Age of Heroes and Iron age. Each age was different and ended because of different reason.
