What are "fouskhes" (spelt phonetically; kh = the throat-scraping noise in "Bach")
which seem to be molluscs or shellfish often offered by fishermen in Greek islands. I've given up on Google, which wants only to tell me how to make shrimp saganaki.

Is there a Linnaean taxonomic term ? An English name ? Thet are not oysters.
