Well i livein the state of North Carolina. Also, i live in a wealthy neighbor hood and there has been a series of breakins and my car car was also broken into. this is the second time in the 2 months this has happened. so, my grandson gave me an idea.

ELECTRIFY YOUR DOOR HANDLES. he is majoring in law, so he brought up entrapment, and whether that would be a problem. he said he has the supplies, just tell him when i want him to hook it up.
