We live in the Northwest...Washington, State. Before 2008 I was aware that ISC was looking in this area for a viable site for another "speedway" facility.
The first areas of interest..as I recall was Western Washington State.
The bad weather would be the biggest negative for this area.

Why not look into Central Washington State...in the rain shadow of the Cascade Mtn. Range.

I would evaluate the Tri-City area..in the south central part of the state.
You have 300 days of sunshine...good freeway access to Portland, Oregon..Seattle Wa....Vancouver B.C and neighboring provinces...Spokane, Wa. Boise Idaho...etc etc.
We have airports in the Tri-cities as well as Columbia River..barge access from the Pacific.
This area is a NO- BRAINER for building a 1-mile plus speedway with road course..and drag strip. What to you say Boys ?????
