We have vending machines outside. The drinks, when it is summer time does not get very cold. I was told that the compressor will only cool to a percentage degree higher than the outside temperature thus when it is hotter that the drinks will not cool as much. Is this so if so what is the ratio on the outside temp and the temperature that the drinks get here.
