We have one problem, when we turn on plazma, plazma was gone out.I checked argon is normal pressue, but i want to know what is problem?

Is the ICP giving you any error messages?
because I know with the one I run if it detects that the 'door' is open it will automatically extinguish the plasma so that could be your problem
not that the door is open, but that the sensor is faulty or not fully engaging
