We bought a old farm house from a man that works at the court house. And he bye's them from tax sales. Well this one sat for six years and we bought it on land contract. We knew we had to do some maijor work to it. But it's like every one that we asked to come and look at it,wanted all the money that we had just to get started. We tryed to get a loan and becouse of the land contract, we was turned down. So we moved a tavael trailer on the property to stay in. It's out in the contry and we own 2 acres. Well now that we have worked on it for three years,(just me and my husband)we was told to put stairs by one of the doors, clear the debree up and move the camper or we will lose are insurance. And we will lose the house and all of the money we have in it. Can he do that? Now take in mind 2 did the roof, siding, windows, gutted,repaired a foundation wall, and biult a porch. We are not done with the house.
