We are using A672 C65 CL32 Pipe Nace + HIC for sour flare with (H2S>500PPM)up to 68" size. We want to extend the same piping material for 106" line. The design pr. is 3.5kg/cm2 + half vacuum,design temp. range 180 to 300 degree C. Corresion allowance is 3mm. Please advise whether we can extend the present specification upto 106".

It seems this point don't have any point if you use a106 with all requirement point of Nace standard+hic requirement but you shall use seamless pipe and supply of a106 seemless is very difficalt.
