Was there ever a misprint of the 1st edition? I have a copy where the first pages of the book are upside down an are the last 15 pages of the book and then starts at page 21 right side up. The binding looks like it was never altered in any way. It starts with the page that says "about the author" and the font info. If anyone has any information I would appreciate it.
