Was there a ranch forman by the name of James, or Joeseph M. Doughty, on the King Ranch? I know of a family story that tells of this man as being killed in a hunting accident, and burried in the family cementary on the King Ranch. This same Mr. Doughty also helped build cattle loading/shipping docks at Rocckport, Texas.
