I have purchased Wagon R Duo which is registered under no. "GA 05 B 3103" on 5th Nov. 2009. from Chowgule Industries ltd. Margao- Goa- India, the service given by the Dealer was satisfactory.
However the vehicle started giving "Dhak" sound on LPG Mode and started opening of air filter cover and resulting into sudden loss of motion and burning smell even after completion of third servicing. Up on enquiry with the authorised service station namely m/s sai service ltd. ponda -goa. it is revealed that it is due to misfire of engine on LPG Mode which is due to opening of air filter cover. It is also revealed that this type of problem is common for Wagon R (DUO). I therefore likes to know if u intend to recall all the vehicles to rectify the defect being very reputed company.
from the above defect it becomes impossible to me to use the vehicle on LPG mode and to recommend the same to others.
