I would like to answer the question; WHAT IS THE UNDERLYING MECHANISM THAT CONTROLS THE ACTIONS OF FHE UNIVERSE?
The EXPANDING NET WAVE THEORY.
Newton, Einstein, just about everyone has been stumped on the actions of the universe.
Gravity stumped Newton, relating the macro and micro world mathematically stumped Einstein, Today the mysteries are DARK MATTER AND DARK ENERGY.. I start here and now with a new way to conceptualize how everything works.
Fact;
1).There are only three provable dimensions
2).The physics laws of nature are local laws
3). Logical assumption- there is no perpetual motion machine, therefore the universe is finite.
Example of local laws;
A bonfire has local laws of heat, if you sit close to a bonfire and get too hot, you can walk away and cool off, the local laws are local because they are "GENERATED LOCALLY".
Hypothesis;
The singularity transitioning via the Big Bang created mass, energy and space, and space is increasing. Since space is increasing and it was once contained, it can not be infinite, and since it is getting bigger, it must be coming from mass and energy, via the natural decay of all mass and energy into the monopole gravitational wave. Time and space are decay products of photons as photons decay into monopole gravitational waves. Gravitational wave emission from from mass allows the continuous creation of space and the underlying mechanism responsible for forward time. Gravitational attraction is wave synchronization (constructive wave emission) of all mass following Newton's third law. When two or more equally low energy waves collide they form a single wavefront as the initial action of wavefront formation and gravity, the wave alignment is the back-action(reaction) of wavefront formation bringing the sources generating the waves together. Time space and gravitation are actions and reactions of gravitational wave emission, collision and alignment. In other words, space is continuously generated from all mass and aligns to create different densities and these densities, following the Huygen's principle( should be a law) allow dark matter and gravitational lensing outside a galaxy, along with Gravity inside a galaxy. Dark energy is just Newton's second law. Einstein's equations are corrected with the Huygens principle to show that space has different densities which regulate the actions within the universe as the universe is transitioning from particle to wave.

Predictions;
Galaxies can travel faster than the speed of light and disappear
Space densities create a violation of Kepler's laws when waves synchronize and distort space itself. The universe is elongating and flattening.
Time started when mass and energy regrouped, photons formed and started to decay. What we call about 300,000 years after the Big Bang. That is the beginning of how we unknowingly measure the beginning of time.
