Two little toads have appeared every evening at about the same time, 8:30. I call them the 'twins'. I have picked each of them up and held them a minute or two and then put them back down. Also, there is another smaller(wee)one that I've seen a couple of times, not with the twins, but alone. Previous to seeing the twins, a larger or full grown toad presented itself in the same area. I assume she was mom. I haven't seen her since. There is no water close by here. Where did these little ones get born? Could it have been a live birth? Also, where did mom go??
