Trying to locate some info on my Dad who was in and i think head of the CIC for the 8th Army, Pacific, WWII-He gave the orders to capture TOJO, and Tokoyo Rose and received the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit, but I can find nothing on him-just newspaper articles, but nothing in the NARA-his name was
Lieutenant Colonel Arthur Chapman Turner("Chap")>we just took a gun of Tojo's to the WWII museum in New Orleans-any help would be appreciated!He died in 1989-birthe date was 12/19/1906
