To whom it may concern.
I am Stewart McArdle, former Flight Sergeant, RAF Police 62/87 I was a Dog handler and Instructor on Search FX (Red Paw) and Drug Detection.
Myself and 12 other RAF Police Assoc members all former Dog handlers and some Red Paw, 4 uniformed members of the RAF Police again all (QPD) Qualified Police Dog Handlers attended the ADU NI Red Paw Memorial Dedication at Arboretum.
We were proud to march along side these handlers and families to honour the Men and 2 dogs who gave their lives on Op Banner.
It was a very moving ceremony and we were made most welcome.
My question is . "Where was the RAVC, none attended nor were any wreaths on display from you"
Many of the Army lads voiced their disappointment.
