Three boats (A,B and ,C) coming to a mark, two boats (A and B) missed the mark by sailing past the wrong side, they jibed around to correct the rounding. In the meantime the third boat(C) kept clear and rounded the mark, boat (A)returned to mark (luffing) and entered between boat(C)and the mark and hit boat (C). At that point boat (A) protested boat (C). Which boat actually had the right-of-way?
