Hello, This is a first for me--I'm not a "blogger" usually. However, I have reason to try to understand Wernicke's Syndrome, if I can. After reading the short article on this subject, I have a question I hope y'all can help me with.

As a cause of Wernicke's Syndrome, can or will thiamine deficiency alone cause incurable brain damage?
