I met Joe Bonanno personally in 1976 through his main point attorney & consigliere in Tom Chandler. If I had not been helped by Tom Chandler in a court of law in Tucson in 1976, I would have spent 10 years in prison, but instead I had all charges changed and i got off, but it took 3 months before it could go to court. I was literally taken under mr. Chandlers wing which was really Joe Bonanno's huge force not only in Tucson but throughout the United States to Italy and especially Sicily.
