The eldea cells have one or more clear areas where not organells are present. What are the clear areas? and
Why dont the orgtanelles enter the clear areas?

The clear area is a large central vacuole. The more dehydrated the cell becomes (i.e. heated by a microscope lamp) the larger the empty vacuole becomes (water is leaving the cell). Organelles, most notably chloroplasts, do not enter because the vacuole is, of course, a membrane bound organelle.
