The abandoned Cincinnatus Branch of the DL&W runs through my farm. I have been told by people here (Cincinnatus) that when the branch was abandoned in 1960 or 1961 this right of way was deeded back to the landowners. Do anyone know anything about this or can anyone tell me who I could contact for this information?
