The Sawmill where I work is sawing Frozen Red oak on a 6' doubble cut band ,We are haveing big time problems with the teeth (esp coners braking up and marking the Lumber. I'm the grader. The Filer has tried differnt angles of tooth shape and grins all or almost all the pocket off with no differn't results. Saw usualy works good for a short time (5 min top an hour) then a few teeth will mark then more and more till it looks like a scrub board. Any suggestions?
