My Father was one of the lucky 44. He is now 89 and his name is Bronislaw Jasnikowski?

Hi, have you had any luck? I am researching & writing about my family's history in WW2 and my father, Wladyslaw Pacewicz, was also one of the survivors. He was a cook but was on watch that night, to which he owes his survival. He was 15 years old having lied about his age to join the navy. Sadly he is dead now. I found a good website uboat.net which does have a list of the Orkan crew but couldn't find my Dad's name on there. I would love to hear any survivor's stories - is your father still alive. Has he given you a first person account of what happened and if so would you be able to share it with me? Thank you so much, Anna
