I am MM/1SS Ray Peltier....I have been dealing with this anger and violation since the mid 80's and I am no longer being silent. I want to know how I can bring the shame to him he deserves. During a drill on my first patrol, I was to go to the Officers Wardroom and pretend I was unresponsive due to a supposed electrical injurury. I was to stay in the Wardroom and play out the part during this drill. Personnel would come and check on me in the Wardroom periodically and one of them was Chief Cook Gee. Two different time he fondeled me and played with my genitals...I did nothing since he was a senior - There was nothing I could do but be silent to protect my career.

I have dealt with this anger for years and am finally going through counselling since I know it is not write that I would try to Kill in a most painfull way to pay him back for what he had done to me.
