Is there a relationship between telepathy with mental illness?
How much of mental illness is caused by possible emotional/physical sensitivity, and the body/minds inability to cope with bombardment of outside influences?

No there is no relation exists.because telepathy is a state of mind,when some one able to focus his mental energy in such a way that all thoughts go according to his desire without any extra medium.
