Successful giving

Do you want to live God's abundant life blessing others and being blessing yourself?

Lean the scriptural principles of successful giving!

And Moses spoke unto all the congregation of the child of the Israel, saying this is the which the lord command, saying

Take ye form among you an offering unto the Lord: WHOSOEVER IS OF A WILLING HEART, le him bring it, an offering of the lord; gold and silver, and brass……..

And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, and they brought the Lord; offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments………..

The children of the Israel brought a willing offering unto the lord, EVERY MAN AND WOMAN, whose heart made them willing to bring for all manner of work, which the Lord had command to be made by the hand of Moses Exodus.35:4,5,21,29

God has a plan UN these last days. He wants to build a spiritual kingdom, composed of people form every tribe and every nation (Rev.5:9) under the old covenant, God instructed the Israelites to give offering from willing heart so physical tabernacle could be built. Under the new covenant, god still calls His people to freely give as he builds a spiritual kingdom in people's heart

When Moses told the people that those of a willing heart were to bring their offering for the building of the sanctuary, the results were amazing. So many people gave offering that Moses had to say to the people "…… let neither man nor woman make any more work for the offering of the sanctuary. So the people were restrained from bringing .for all the work to make it and TOO MUCH" (Exodus.36:6, 7)

Have you every heard a pastor say. We do not need any more offering. We have more than enough to fulfill the vision God has give us for this ministry "?

As ministry, I haven't had that experience yet but I am looking forward to the day when I will be able to say to the people who give unto our ministry, don't give any more offering for this particular outreach. We have more than we need"!

That kind of overflowing supply is the result of successful giving. In order to carry out God's plan for the church, both as individual believers and as the corporate Body of Christ, we must lean and practical the scriptural principles of successful giving. As we do, we'll come to experience the same abundant supply the Israelites experience when they gave offering to build the tabernacle….

We can several keys to successful giving this account of the building of the tabernacle the first key to successful giving is that everyone needs to get involved. In this account in Exodus, every one their part in giving. The Bible says, the children of Israel brought a willing offering unto the Lord, EVERY MAN AND WOMAN ……." (Exodus, 35:29)

Giving should be a part of every believer's life. Yet the sad truth is many believers don't even tithe the ten percent of their income that belong to Lord (Lev.27:30) much less give offering! And because they are not live according to God's principal of giving, they close the door to God's blessing in their life and hinder the work of the ministry (mal, 3:8-12)

For instance, I remember one time I was holding a meeting, and I learned that a ministry attending the meeting was having had time financially in his ministry. At the end of the meeting, he came up for prayed for him, and he fell under the power of the Holly spirit

While this ministry was still over come by the power of God, I secretly slipped some money into his pocket. Sure that later when he reached in his pocket and found the money, he rejoiced but he never know who gave him the money.

I came home from that meeting without enough money to buy every a snack at the bus stand. But, you know, being able to anonymously bless that minister was more exciting tome than receiving something for myself.

It is really true that it is more blessing to give than to receive! And as we obey God's principal of giving, we open the way for God to bless us our own personal lives as well

The second key to successful giving is that we should give according to what we have (2Cor, 8:12)
