Stress liner deposition works properly in 2D simulation using sentaurus. However, in 3D simulation liner is deposited but stress in not induced in the channel. can anybody help me?

Stress liner deposition works properly in 2D simulation using sentaurus. However, in 3D simulation liner is deposited but stress in not induced in the channel.
