I have known about the oudoor sauna treatment by jogging in 90 degree plus weather for all types of infection. It works more quickly than Christian Science, but your legs must adjust to shock so that you walk instead of worse because of the heat. I have noticed that I can continue jogging on a hot day with no noticeable pulse because of leg training, which is identical to junkies taking heroin.
Leg training also is protection from yellow jacket colonies that are wasp nests underground, when you are doing yard work around tree stumps. If yellow jackets attack you, that is not serious as it can take 7000 stings to kill a small child, but remove those pests for the public good.
When a business partner of mine returned from Europe in January 2008 to have to go to the hospital for pneumonia, I was around him to show symptoms of strept throat about a week later. I breathed the heat from an electric heater until I was comfortable enough to go to bed. Later that night I woke up in a sweat when the fever broke. That morning I was as well as I was in the sixth grade after two days out of school because of strept throat. The day after that I was able to jog eight miles. Use the blow dryer to get rid of toothache when you do not have enough money to see the dentist, or to keep yourself from scratching until you bleed after a run with deer ticks and the like.
