Gordon Newcombe of the Penticton Speed Watch Program monitors vehicles travelling through a school zone on Warren Avenue this week as part of the three strike program. Drivers were alerted to their speed and many of those who still did not obey the 30 kph limit were ticketed or warned by Cpl. Dave Cramm of the RCMP Integrated Road Saftey Unit who was waiting around the corner.
