Songstress Delilah does a delightful cover of Sarah Vaughan’s “September in the Rain” that Ella Fitzgerald fans will absolutely love. The song is a part of Delilah’s recently released four song American Standards EP titled “Sarah + 1, A Tribute to Sarah Vaughan”. The plus 1 track is a cover of Charlie Chaplin’s “Smile” from the 1936 movie Modern Times. Coming off the success of her 2013 release, “A Sweeter Life”, in which her song “Love Life” made its way into the Groove Jazz and Indie charts, Delilah is determined to capture the listener’s attention in an entirely different fashion, making a transition from smooth jazz to American Standards.

Tracks from Sarah +1 have been playing on every radio station in the American Standards format! You can catch her lovely music nationally on Martini in the Morning, I Love Jazz, and The Bill Miller Show. She’s also being played locally on WLML FM – Palm Beach, WJUB- Plymouth/Milwaukee, and WHLI – Farmingdale, NY. Don Wolff, host of “I Love Jazz”, says "Delilah is a delight!"
