Some years ago my local Parish Council purchased lad to be used for a future extension of a Graveyard.Now they are wishing to use the land for Allotments.I have been informed they do not need a change of use permission as it is only being used for Agriculture purposes. Surely Allotments are Horticulture does that not require a change of use permission.When they purchased the land until it was to be used as a Graveyard they have rented it to a Farmer who collects winter feed from it.
