I am a year 13 Chemistry student sitting an internal exam which involves me tritrating household bleach over time in presence of air to calculate the concentration of sodium hypochlorite. In my investigation I am finding that the concentration is increasing which apparently should not happen (although I am now into my third week of investiation with consistent results). I am looking for help, If anybody knew any properties of Sodium hypochlorite which could justify my results?
