So, my girlfriends 2000 kia spectra sat out all winter long, and now it wont start. its not the battery, i replaced the starter, and im still not getting the engine to turn over. ive checked the relays, the relays are clicking, but im still not getting the engine to turn over. any help or any ideas would be greatly appreciated. i need to have it fixed asap.
