So during crown stage the IEE cells rapidly divide and then stop at the cusp tips....but why dont they stop at the fissures and incisal margins? also it says that the first mineralized enaml laid down is at cusp tips...but surely the ameloblasts should be secreting the enamel near the dentine and working their way up towards the cusp tips???please answer these questions...very confused!
