Sand

I supply silica sand. in a sample to our client in the sieve analysis the error was
1) Sieve analysis results for BSS 60 found above maximum limit.
allowed limit 5-35%, report 50.304 in a 100 gm sample.
how do i rectify this. can any body pls help.
