Sea level is increasing due mainly by ice melting from land to the sea. Can we build dams on the mountains all over the world and pump sea water back from the sea to slow down the global weather problems? It might cause a lot of money but better than loosing lives and rebuilding properties for years to come, for example, what Katrina did to U.S.

Good to see someone thinking out the box and looking for solutions. But the scale of dam building to make a small difference would be HUGE !!

No we can bulid dams beacuse antratica and greenland are melting if antratica melts the eathrs ocean would over flo cover all of florida buy 215 feet.if greenland melts than
it would over flo the ocean dy 15 feetso we cant bid dams 215 feet high or 15 feet that can strech the bottem of the world or around green or ice land.

Get a LIFE. Does any sensible minded person really think Greenland and Antarctica are going to melt? The climate changes are cyclic. Go back and look at climate History, you will see that we climate changes in cycles, in a few years or maybe a decade it will start swinging back the other way. Dont worry yourselves over something you really cant control.
