Hello, I have recorded film with adhesive markers . Now I need program in Scilab , which will divide the movie into frames ( max 2 min video , black movie with few white markers, I want scilab to find them and read their coordinates). Then I want scilab to read coordinates of every markers, Then I would like Scilab to display / show read coordinates in table. The coordinate system adopted irrelevant , but important to there were two coordinates of each of the markers , vertical and horizontal. Please guys help me. Thanks in advance.
