Santosh singh was let off for the reason tht he is married n has a child..but does tht prove him less guilty of having sexually abused and killed her?? Men should be hanged /executed publicly so tht no one dares repeat such an offence. In our country the rich n influential get away..is there no one to stand for justice with the old 73 yr old Chamanlal?
