Same daughter now (deceased) this relates to my previous question... used her sisters name (see below) when caught on one incident for drinking in a public location and then again, on a second incidence was charged again for engaging in illegal activity. This has been charged against sister's drivers licence and ICBC has sent her 2 letters indicating these charges by Victoria Police. Can you please help clear her sisters name. How does a potenial criminal get charged if they do not produce picture ID as was the case here? Even if she had the personal info, does the Police not check out the photo ID?
