I am wondering if others have had similar back luck as I've had with Roomba plastic gears. I have the 560, Dirtdog and I've given a Dirtdog as a gift. On all three of these I've had various failures that were all related to stripped plastic gears. This wouldn't be so bad if iRobot carried replacement gears at a reasonable cost.
