Much discussion is going on at different levels about reverse auctions. But me as a proffessional purchaser, where should I turn to, to do a reverse auction?

I am not a pro in coding. I have to be able to get the service. And cheap!

My impression is that big corporations use some sort of software installed on their own servers which the suppliers log on to for making bids. However, this would probably not be cheap.
