*Rebel* was a horse that WAS literally STARVING to death. The Trempeleau County sheriff's confiscated the horse, and contacted Midwest Horse Welfare Foundation 3 months ago. Since that time, *Rebel* has gain lots of weight back, because they took GREAT CARE of him, and showed a little love and tenderness. Now, in this case, the DA, is not co-operating with MHWF one iota. The office doesn't answer any calls or emails made to them from Scott Bayerl. What can you do to HELP MHWF out to either get the time and cost of food invested in this horse, OR to so that they can MAINTAIN ownership of *Rebel* and not have to go back to the owner, because if the owner CARED about his/her horse, *Rebel* would of never been in such HORRENDOUS condition when they took that poor horse in.
