Re: Aimone, 4th Duke of Aosta
Some academic works (including this website) state that Aimone, as King Tomislav II of Croatia, abdicated on 12th October 1943. Others state that he abdicated on 31st July 1943 just after the fall of Mussolini.
Can anyone give me a definitive answer supported by evidence as to which date is correct?
