Its really great news for the people of Palakkad, having a new IIT for the District. But still we have to climb a lot to achieve the goal due to the political lobby from other Districts. The people from Palakkad District have to join together to get this premier Institution in Palakkad and we should not allow any one to relocate it to any other City in Kerala. At least try to give maximum support to the one of the concerned persons,Mr. Vincent Alappat, The Chairman of Institute of Engineers Palakkad Chapter, who played a big role to get it in Palakkad.
