We often can see road studs on the road are fractured or broken into pieces, and the reflector was broken. According to observation, three main problems for road studs are found as follows:

First, the shell is not compressive. Second, reflector sheds and is fractured easily. Third, reflector doesn’t resist abrasion.

(1) The shell of the road studs is not compressive at all.

(2) Reflector sheds and can be fractured easily. The reflector will be easily damaged because of its hollow interior structure.

(3）Reflector can not bear abrasion and will lose the reflective effect.
