Hey all, i am working on a non linear 1 compartment population data.
I am trying to find the co-variates effecting the population.
I have run the base structural model, but am getting weird measured vs IPRED graphs for the population. I think it means Intra individual variation, but need some advice.
Also, could anyone suggest me a good reference for understanding the plots!!
