Aptly enough, no childhood home of Poe's is still standing. The earliest surviving Poe home is the Edgar Allen Poe House and Museum in Baltimore, where he may have lived at age 23.

There aren't many surviving Poe homes because Poe and his family lived in a series of rented dwellings. He lived in the Spring Garden Home from 1843-1844 and the site is now preserved as the Edgar Allen Poe National Historic Site.
