Can meditation be done without attaining the stage of thoughtless mind?

If so, can anyone attain thoughtless stage during such high level of stress in three families (a) those of parents of two girls and (b) that of parents of one boy, involving nine members at least (3x2+2+1=9?

But through this forum, it is quite apparent to note the extent of stress levels among RSSB STASNGIS and their attitude to expect some solution through this forum by even addressing their pains to BABAJI, who has not expected to visit this Forum ever.
